  Poor attitude from guy I spoke with, claimed my car had already been taken by someone (even though my car was round the back of the garage) and remained on the defensive until I had to ask him to come round to the car park to show him which car was mine. The fact it was only in for an MOT and they still "lost" it has definitely turned my away from using them again.

  Worst customer service ever! Aviod! Had my car in for a service and MOT they failed to check my brakes because “couldn’t find locking wheel nut” my car doesn’t have them fitted! They also didn’t stamp by service book correctly and instead put a load of crosses over the ticks looking like I’ve done it completely ruining it. Been waiting 6 weeks for a call off there manager with no reply. Avoid at all costs if you want the job done properly.
