  Dealt with James Ellis, whilst ordering a c-max. Great guy,kept in touch throughout my mobility contract with Ford. Always helpful. My only issue is with the service centre. Staff are miserable, whenever I went here, I was always made to feel unwelcome, being sent from one desk to another only to be sent back again. Very unhelpful, when I clearly have mobility issues. Not somewhere I felt comfortable with. Would make me think twice about having to deal with Ford chambers again. But staff in the showroom, are nice enough . James Ellis, was very informative and helpful without being too pushy.
