The in-store advice was invaluable, not only in selecting the correct stove for my house but also on how to run my stove effectively and efficiently. As too was the explanation of (what becomes obvious) the importance of having it installed by HETAS qualified professionals. As I had no previous experience of running a stove, it was great to talk to people who had clearly been using them for years who were more than happy to advise you on how to get the most from it. The best improvement I ever made to my house.
