  I used Flames for the 3rd time recently (different properties) and they have always provided a great service - but this deserves a special mention. They replaced a boiler for me yesterday - the guys were friendly, really efficient and clean - as in they tidied up after - they left me a number in case I needed it - although no-one ever does I did - about 7pm water started dripping through my kitchen ceiling - an area they had not touched at all, I panicked and called - they were fabulous - calming and gave me good advice, then called back to confirm they would come over the following morning. They did - it was an epic challenge, which finally involved cutting through the ceiling and finding the joint ( in the most awkward of places), with the guy getting soaked and filthy, and fixing it for me. Even though this was nothing to do with the work they had done. They then cleaned up and advised me how they would be following it up. I cannot recommend this company enough - I am a single parent, juggling work, home and other balls (as are most of us) and they could have just said 'oh, its nothing to do with what we did you need to call a plumber' but what they did instead was fantastic service, way exceeded my expectations and worthy of a glowing review (something I never do!)
