  I bought a Mini Cooper S from JMC and when my wife saw it she moaned solid for weeks about it. So I phoned them up and asked if I could buy something else that was bigger and taking the Mini back. They said yes. They gave me almost every penny I paid for the mini, even though I had done 2,000 miles, in part ex for another car which was a Freelander 2 with a full service history. The Freelander has been spot on with no issues. And the Mini Cooper was fabulous as well. I loved it, but a dripping roof was too much to cope with so the Freelander was chosen. I cannot rate these guys on anything other than the service I was shown and it was excellent. I would return to buy another car and that is what customer service is about. Keeping customers!
